  1. This series is awesome! Is it going to be displayed somewhere, for folks who love the community to enjoy? How did the winter series come out? Your prose about the midwinter light in the darkness was beautiful. That should be framed right along with the drawings.

  2. Hi Katherine. That's very kind of you! Thank you. I'm still working on the midwinter stuff, but I'll be posting some more of it soon, with any luck. I'm organising an exhibition with a couple of artist friends of mine in the spring, and those will be my contribution. To be honest, I hadn't really thought about exhibiting the Saltburn ones. I may do, though...

  3. I love this - my grandparents owned this hotel for many years along with The Red Lodge at the other end of the block. But I have lovely memories of The Marine - playing on the first floor balcony from the music room and looking out over the sea from the main peak window. Wonderful!
